As part of our commitment to faithful stewardship and best practices, each Sunday a team of volunteers counts and records our Sunday morning financial offering and readies it for bank deposit. Signing up to be a counter means raising your hand to be part of a team of three counters who meet on rotation- usually once every few months- after worship to process receipts (time varies on collection- typically averaging 40 minutes).

This team, supported by the Deacons, visits those in our congregation who are homebound or in a hospital or care facility to pray with them, engage in conversation, and help them stay connected to the life and spirit of TAPC. The structure is similar to the meal and transportation support teams, with a list of volunteers who can be contacted as volunteer needs arise. Send an email to Jennifer McGovern to be placed on the list to receive opportunities. This rich ministry will bless you as much as those you visit!
