Maundy Thursday Worship Service

"Maundy" comes from the Latin word "mandatum" meaning "commandment," referring to Jesus' admonition at the Last Supper for his disciples to love one another.  Join us in person for this worship service as we hear Jesus' call to love and to commemorate his final meal with the disciples. 

The Trinity Choir, Trinity Choral Artists, and instrumental guests will guide our ears through time as we explore music written in the 17th and 18th century and how it speaks to this moment. Come and hear songs of sorrow, joy, and everything in between as we celebrate both the grief and hope in Maundy Thursday. Featuring works by Zelenka, Buxtehude, and Bach all on instruments authentic to the time period!
