Our mission is to help form our youngest to know and practice the love of Christ through learning Scripture, playful interaction, and participating in service projects. Join us as we grow in the wonderful journey of Christian faith & service to one another!
What We Do
Age-Appropriate Worship for kids Ages 4 - 2nd grade
Children's Worship: A Montessori-based way of learning and worship for children during the 11am worship service. This offers children a chance to experience hearing and responding to God's stories.
Fellowship for Families Each Month
We offer a variety of fellowship opportunities each month for families such as Sunday morning snack-n-chat hours or family activities such as Friday pizza and craft nights.
Intergenerational Service Projects
At various times during the year, such as the Advent and Lenten seasons, we come together to work on different community service projects that engage the whole family.
Director of Children's & Youth Ministries
Jenni Albright
Jenni has worshipped at TAPC since moving to Durham in 2006 and started out serving as part-time Youth Ministry Director in 2018. In the summer of 2021 she became the full-time Director of Children's & Youth Ministries.
One of her greatest passions is her job: working with kids. They inspire Jenni with their energy, kindness, and openness. She is honored to grow in faith alongside them.
